Connor Hainje
I'm Connor, a PhD student and NSF fellow studying cosmology and astrophysics at New York University. My research focuses on finding new ways to look for dark matter. Currently, I'm building new methods to incorporate dark matter–baryon interactions into hydrodynamical N-body simulations, and new cosmological observables that will be sensitive to dark matter–photon interactions. I'm also a chronic computer tinkerer, interested in the web, low-level computing, and hand-rolled, home-made software.
